Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier accounting services to clients throughout their engagement lifecycle
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of standard and advanced accounting methods
- Keep current with evolving accounting standards and financial software innovations
- Support clients from initial onboarding through ongoing financial management
- Adhere to defined procedures for each client, including handling payables and receivables, recording journal entries, performing monthly reconciliations, generating financial statements, and managing payroll and HR tasks
- Work closely with team members to surpass client expectations
- Lead client communications and proactively identify ways to enhance profitability
