Anavah Talent was looking for a Client Account Manager

Anavah Talent is representing a fast-growing, U.S.-based tech-enabled tax accounting firm in its search for a Client Account Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting internal account management and client delivery operations, helping the service and tax teams move faster. You’ll focus on assembling tax packets, managing client onboarding processes, and triaging requests to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble and upload finalized tax packets, cover letters, and compliance documents
  • Track submissions, maintain organized deliverables, and follow established QA steps
  • Support entity workflows, including state registrations and dissolutions
  • Request client documents and accurately triage questions to the appropriate internal team
  • Coordinate onboarding steps, schedule meetings, and manage follow-ups
  • Create and maintain templates, checklists, and process documentation
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency
  • Support ticketing and customer support tools, working with engineering to enhance client systems

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in CX, operations, account management, or white-glove customer support (experience with U.S. clients or startups preferred)
  • 1+ year in accounting, finance, banking, tax preparation, or supporting these industries
  • Strong English proficiency (C2+ level) and excellent writing skills
  • Self-starter who is process-oriented, detail-focused, and highly organized
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, independent, and proactive
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, task boards, and AI tools; experience with ticketing systems (experience with Pylon preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with honors

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience working with U.S. startups
  • Background in accounting, CPA, bookkeeping, or tax preparation
  • A track record of exceeding CSAT, SLA, or QA targets
