Responsibilities
- Evaluate and approve loan applications carefully and promptly according to established Program Standards, especially for deals that do not meet standard credit criteria.
- Apply foundational underwriting guidelines appropriate to the assigned credit risk profile.
- Work closely with the Partner Development Executive for a designated partner, offering expert credit insights before and after submitting proposals.
- Assess incoming deal submissions for accuracy and completeness and conduct preliminary discussions with potential borrowers.
- Arrange and evaluate due diligence materials, including on-site inspections when necessary.
- Analyze financial statements and assess business cash flow dynamics.
- Conduct site visits and meet with business leadership for transactions exceeding a set threshold prior to finalizing.
- Clarify and review ongoing reporting obligations and operational procedures with clients.
- Manage pre-funding coordination with the designated documentation team.
- Supervise the closing documentation process in collaboration with the closing team.
- Perform additional tasks as needed
