Mindrift is seeking a freelance Civil Engineer to help shape the future of AI. In this role, you will apply your engineering expertise to train and evaluate Generative AI models, improving their ability to handle specialized, complex reasoning tasks in your field.
What You'll Do
- Generate prompts that challenge AI models with domain-specific, computationally intensive problems.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy and quality of AI-generated responses.
- Correct and refine model outputs based on your professional engineering knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Engineering or a directly relevant field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience focused within a civil engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
- An Advanced (C1) or higher level of English proficiency.
- The ability to design creative, diverse, and challenging engineering problems.
- Readiness to learn new methods and adapt quickly between different tasks and topics.
- Reliable access to a laptop and a stable internet connection.
