Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and project management activities for residential and commercial land development initiatives
- Design site plans for diverse land development projects
- Conduct technical research, coordinate project elements, manage staff, estimate costs, secure land disturbance permits, and prepare bid documents and specifications
- Support tracking of project timelines, financial budgets, and milestones
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on varied engineering projects
- Develop strong professional relationships with internal teams and external clients
- Work directly with industry experts, regulatory agencies, and construction contractors
