Responsibilities
- Carry out engineering and project management duties for land development in residential and commercial sectors
- Design site plans across diverse land development projects
- Conduct technical analysis, research, interdepartmental coordination, and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Oversee budgeting, permitting for land disturbance, bid documentation, and specification development
- Collaborate with project teams, regulatory agencies, and construction contractors to ensure project success
