Responsibilities
- Engage in business development activities such as proposal writing, securing contracts, and maintaining client partnerships.
- Lead the full project lifecycle for small to medium-scale transportation and site civil engineering initiatives.
- Carry out engineering design work or supervise design teams on projects involving water and wastewater systems, landfills, utilities, and land development.
- Manage coordination between design staff and external consultants to produce construction plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
- Build and sustain professional client relationships, ensuring project goals align with client expectations.
- Provide guidance and professional development support to early-career engineers.
- This role does not include direct supervisory duties.
- Perform additional tasks that contribute to the success of the department as needed.
