Responsibilities
- Administer Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS), including Delivery Controllers, Virtual Delivery Agents (VDAs), machine catalogs, and user groups
- Manage NetScaler as an Application Delivery Controller (ADC), along with Gateway components and secure remote access solutions
- Provide support for StoreFront, Citrix Workspace, Workspace Environment Management (WEM), and FSLogix profile containers
- Diagnose and resolve user session performance problems, profile corruption, and access connectivity issues
- Support Microsoft Azure environments including virtual machines, networking, storage configurations, and load balancing
- Participate in incident resolution, problem management, and change control processes aligned with ITIL practices
- Monitor infrastructure health, conduct performance optimization, and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Handle application publishing, packaging, and deployment using tools such as Microsoft Intune and Chocolatey
- Execute regular system patching, disaster recovery testing, and ensure operational readiness
- Assist in service level agreement (SLA) reporting and compliance with governance standards

- Contract duration of six months or longer
- Flexibility required for European business hours and occasional on-call duties
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French is preferred
