Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive initial evaluations using range of motion assessments, neurological and orthopedic testing, functional movement analysis, clinically justified X-rays, and evidence-based methods to determine precise diagnoses.
- Create personalized treatment strategies that combine chiropractic adjustments with functional rehabilitation and strength conditioning.
- Oversee patient care by coordinating with rehabilitation experts for therapeutic exercise design and with licensed massage therapists for myofascial release techniques.
- Inform patients about the advantages of an integrated, multidisciplinary treatment model and make appropriate referrals to acupuncture, functional medicine, and hormonal health services.
- Engage in ongoing clinical training and professional growth programs, supported by full reimbursement for external continuing education units.
