Responsibilities: • Create hands-on activities that spark kids' curiosity and match their unique interests • Maintain open, transparent communication with parents, sharing those adorable daily milestones • Ensure a safe and sparkling clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines Qualifications: Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet these key requirements: • Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED • 1 year of professional teaching experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred • Twelve semester units in Child Development, including core courses in Growth & Development, Child, Family & Community, and Curriculum (Required) • Three units in Early Childhood Education Infant and Toddler Development (Required for Infant and Toddler Teacher positions) • AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred • Transcripts will be required at time of hire Join us to create a nurturing environment that supports children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. Physical Requirements: This position requires compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, Bright Horizons, and client site requirements concerning immunizations, employment physicals, and health/safety training. If hired, you'll work in-person at an early education center, providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery in full compliance with policies and regulations, ensuring child safety. Actual compensation will depend on factors like experience, education, certifications, geography, and other relevant business considerations.
