Are you a visionary leader with deep technical expertise and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business? As CTO, you will spearhead our technological strategy, with a strong focus on backend systems, while leveraging a broad understanding of various technologies to drive innovation. You’ll play a key role in delivering digital transformation solutions for our clients, combining strategic thinking, technical excellence, and business insight. Responsibilities: - Define and lead the company’s technology strategy to align with business goals. - Oversee the development, optimization, and scalability of backend systems (priority focus). - Apply a broad knowledge of technologies (AI, data, integration, cloud, etc.) to design innovative solutions. - Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project success. - Provide technical guidance to development teams and enforce best practices. - Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to support client needs and company goals. - Collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital transformation solutions.
