Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a product vision that supports the company's mission to create the largest trader network, advance trading accessibility, and integrate pre- and post-trade services.
- Establish the product roadmap and strategic direction by analyzing market dynamics, competition, and customer input.
- Assess new growth areas such as professional trading, geographic expansion, and environmental commodities to broaden product reach.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle processes, from concept through launch and ongoing iteration, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the CRO, CTO, and engineering teams to drive innovation and deliver intuitive, customer-focused solutions.
- Promote agile practices to enable rapid, iterative product development cycles.
- Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and data privacy standards.
- Partner with the product team to conduct customer research, including interviews and workshops, to uncover user needs and challenges.
- Use customer feedback and data insights to prioritize features that improve satisfaction and retention.
- Facilitate collaboration across customer-facing departments to align product development with market demands.
- Apply data analytics, performance metrics, and artificial intelligence to evaluate and refine product effectiveness.
- Analyze user behavior and product usage to uncover opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary product team of Product Managers, Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Marketing Designers, promoting innovation and teamwork.
- Support team members through mentorship and career development initiatives.
- Contribute to shaping the company’s organizational structure and long-term evolution.
