Qdrant is seeking a Chief of Staff to work side-by-side with the CEO, acting as a force multiplier to accelerate product decisions, team alignment, and external relationships. In this role, you will be the operator, fixer, and strategist who keeps the company sharp, fast, and unstoppable.
What You'll Do
- Turn big-picture vision into actionable, measurable plans.
- Run OKRs, planning cycles, and cross-team execution.
- Keep everyone aligned, accountable, and moving at full speed.
- Help the CEO focus on the highest-impact work.
- Prepare context, frame decisions, and lead high-stakes internal conversations.
- Represent the CEO when needed.
- Own mission-critical projects that don't cleanly fit inside any department.
- Drive product, engineering, or go-to-market research and initiatives.
- Build processes that reduce friction and increase throughput across the whole company.
- Fix fragile systems, create new ones, and streamline how Qdrant operates.
- Improve hiring funnels, onboarding, communication rhythms, and cross-team transparency.
- Track key metrics and deliver insights that drive action.
- Craft world-class materials such as investor decks, board updates, and strategic briefs.
- Help manage ecosystem relationships, partners, and key external conversations.
What We're Looking For
- A high-agency operator who doesn't wait for instructions.
- A strategic thinker who can take chaos and turn it into clarity.
- A clean communicator with sharp writing.
- A bias-for-action builder who ships fast and iterates quickly.
- Comfortable around technical topics: AI, databases, vector search, and developer tooling.
- 4–8+ years in strategy, operations, product, consulting, or startup leadership.

Team & Environment
You'll report directly to the CEO within a company of 51-200 employees. This role works side-by-side with the CEO in a senior, low-ego, engineering-driven team with zero bureaucracy and maximum ownership.
