Responsibilities
- Collaborate with top executives to convert organizational strategy and vision into executable technical initiatives.
- Manage the full portfolio of technical programs, including product launches, infrastructure scaling, and automated security operations, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes.
- Enhance technical program management practices, tools, and reporting systems to increase delivery speed, consistency, and quality across engineering and product teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for complex, multi-team initiatives, aligning Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve blockers and coordinate dependencies.
- Develop and deliver executive communications, progress reports, and strategic insights for leadership and board review.
- Build and scale the technical program management function through recruitment, coaching, and team development.
