Responsibilities
- Serve as Chief of Staff to Trustly's P&T leadership — managing the leadership operating cadence, preparing executive materials, driving follow-through on key decisions, and acting as a force multiplier for senior leaders.
- Own Trustly's P&T PMO — establishing and running the program management frameworks, tooling, and reporting that give leadership clear visibility into the status, risks, and dependencies of major initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional program management for Trustly's H2 2026 hiring and team-building initiative — coordinating across Recruiting, Finance, and P&T leaders to keep the program on track.
- Identify and drive resolution of organizational blockers — acting as a trusted intermediary who can surface issues, facilitate decisions, and align stakeholders across teams and time zones.
- Own P&T planning cycles — headcount planning, OKR tracking, budget coordination, and the quarterly business review process.
- Partner with the CEO, CTO, and CPO on strategic initiatives, board prep, and special projects as needed.
