Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate clinical standards into development, ensuring features enhance both patient results and clinician experience.
- Act as the lead clinical advisor during enterprise sales, providing expert insight into how clinical workflows and protocols address client-specific healthcare needs.
- Develop, execute, and manage Clinical Quality Improvement initiatives, including defining performance metrics and directing responses to safety concerns.
- Guarantee all virtual care models and clinical procedures are grounded in evidence, compliant with regulations, and tailored for digital delivery.
- Coordinate with Account Management and Operations to synchronize clinical goals with client execution and ongoing success.
