Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global security strategy, establish supporting organizational frameworks, and validate performance using data-driven security metrics and reporting tools
- Evaluate, categorize, and document potential risks and threats, then convert insights into practical initiatives covering business continuity planning, ongoing monitoring, and emergency response procedures
- Lead the creation, revision, and enforcement of the Information Security Policy while ensuring continued compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC II Type 2 standards, and explore additional certification opportunities
- Design and manage an effective incident response function, regularly testing organizational preparedness through penetration assessments and simulated multi-layered cyberattacks
- Promote enterprise-wide security awareness through education campaigns and standardized practices, and collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security into development workflows using DevSecOps and secure coding principles
