Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth and direction of the organization's cybersecurity team, promoting a strong performance culture and enhancing internal expertise.
  • Implement cybersecurity programs that support strategic goals, risk tolerance, and resilience targets.
  • Manage enterprise-wide cybersecurity operations, risk oversight, and the effectiveness of security controls.
  • Direct assurance efforts such as audits, independent testing, risk mitigation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and operational leaders to integrate cybersecurity risk considerations into planning and decisions.
  • Monitor evolving cybersecurity and regulatory threats, offering strategic guidance to senior executives and the Board.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on cybersecurity posture, resilience indicators, and risk analysis to executive and governance bodies.
  • Advocate for a practical, risk-focused security strategy that balances protection with operational efficiency.
