Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy and multi-year roadmap that supports Vision 30 and global business growth.
- Drive digital transformation through emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and advanced analytics, creating measurable business value.
- Establish technology governance that balances innovation, scalability, operational excellence, and return on investment.
- Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise applications, digital platforms, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
- Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable technology operations that deliver exceptional experiences for Brand Ambassadors, Customers, and employees.
- Maintain enterprise cybersecurity, data governance, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance across global operations.
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing global technology organization through coaching, succession planning, and continuous talent development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while accelerating adoption of modern technologies and AI.
- Establish clear performance expectations, leadership development, and measurable outcomes that strengthen organizational capability.
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business strategy and measurable organizational outcomes.
- Lead technology financial planning, vendor partnerships, and capital investments to maximize value and operational efficiency.
- Build trusted cross-functional relationships that position technology as a strategic business partner across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field required
- Minimum 15 years of progressive technology leadership, including 5 years at the Vice President level or above leading enterprise technology organizations
Nice to Have
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Previous Chief Information Officer experience preferred
- Direct Selling or global consumer products experience is strongly preferred
