Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to shape and drive the financial strategy of our rapidly growing consumer products company. This executive role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to support expansion across multiple channels while maintaining strong financial discipline and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support growth across retail, direct-to-consumer, and manufacturing channels.
- Lead capital raising efforts, including debt, equity, and strategic acquisitions.
- Build detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets balancing growth initiatives with cost optimization.
- Manage cash flow and capital allocation to maintain strong financial health and runway.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, executive team, and Board, communicating financial insights and growth narratives.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and innovation.
- Oversee manufacturing and supply chain finance, including cost accounting, inventory management, and risk mitigation.
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiencies throughout the organization.
What We're Looking For
- 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years as a CFO or senior finance executive.
- Proven success in scaling consumer brands, preferably with owned manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated experience raising capital and managing investor relations at the enterprise level.
- Strong partnership experience with Boards, investment bankers, and external stakeholders.
- Advanced degree such as MBA or CPA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Expertise in financial planning, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, including board and investor presentations.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take on cross-functional leadership roles.
Nice to Have
- Experience with manufacturing cost accounting, regulatory frameworks, and consumer health categories.
