Responsibilities
- Direct the company's daily operations
- Implement business strategy in coordination with the CTO and leadership team
- Develop and oversee internal execution systems, processes, and organizational structure
- Accelerate growth in user base, revenue, and market presence
- Work closely with the CCO on partnerships, client relations, and external activities
- Jointly represent the company with the CTO and CCO at events, accelerators, and conferences
- Support fundraising initiatives alongside the CTO
- Manage cross-functional execution in marketing, operations, and business development
- Ensure business execution aligns with product and technical direction
- Scale organizational capacity as the company expands
