Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level technical guidance to client CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders
- Act as the principal advisor for long-term client technology architecture and automation planning
- Ensure client automation strategies align with business goals and enterprise-wide standards
- Lead strategic conversations on platform implementation, operational frameworks, and governance evolution
- Serve as the accountable leader for post-sale technical direction in key client accounts
- Guide clients in adopting artificial intelligence and agent-based automation solutions
- Support clients in leveraging AI technologies and ecosystem integrations for automation
- Advise on implementing autonomous agent workflows and human-supervised decision systems
- Collaborate with client leadership to establish enterprise-wide Model Context Platform strategies
- Ensure secure coordination of AI agents and automated processes across systems
- Establish frameworks for monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management of AI systems
- Ensure AI initiatives comply with organizational security, regulatory, and risk policies
- Convert emerging AI features into scalable, real-world business applications with measurable impact
- Drive growth in software usage, feature adoption, and renewal confidence through strategic planning
- Identify and develop multi-year expansion opportunities in automation and AI transformation
- Work with sales and customer success teams on account planning and executive alignment
- Measure, document, and report business value delivered through platform adoption
- Lead high-impact consulting engagements requiring deep technical and architectural expertise
- Implement and refine advisory frameworks across diverse client environments
- Assist clients in defining future-state automation and integration architectures
- Prioritize integration, automation, and AI use cases based on business impact
- Lead rapid prototyping and delivery using accelerators and pre-built solutions
- Establish best practices for managing automation and agent lifecycle workflows
