Responsibilities
- Establish the scope of services according to APA standards to align client expectations
- Supervise and coordinate the client’s accounting personnel
- Execute process improvements and operational changes
- Plan and organize scheduled site visits
- Deliver training programs for accounting staff
- Compile accurate financial statements in compliance with standards
- Create, document, and roll out accounting policies and procedures
- Perform internal audit activities to verify financial integrity and adherence to rules
- Generate and evaluate financial reports and forward-looking forecasts
- Lead the accounting department and collaborate with external auditors during audit cycles
- Maintain adherence to national and global financial regulations
