Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated responses to advanced chemistry queries for factual accuracy, structural integrity, and logical reasoning.
- Validate AI-generated chemical reactions, balance equations, and assess the viability and safety of proposed synthetic routes.
- Audit model-generated lab protocols, safety summaries, and spectral interpretations (NMR, IR, Mass Spec) for correctness.
- Identify and correct errors in SMILES strings, 2D/3D molecular representations, and property predictions.
- Ensure AI outputs do not provide instructions for synthesizing hazardous, illicit, or restricted substances.
Requirements
- A BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related Physical Science field.
- Experience in laboratory research, industrial chemical processing, pharmaceutical R&D, or academic instruction.
- Deep knowledge of organic, inorganic, analytical, or physical chemistry principles and reaction mechanisms.
- Thorough understanding of chemical safety protocols (SDS), GHS standards, and regulatory requirements (EPA, REACH, FDA).
- Ability to identify errors in complex IUPAC nomenclature, stoichiometry, molecular geometry, and thermodynamic calculations.
- Ability to explain intricate reaction pathways or molecular interactions in clear, technically accurate language.
- A PayPal account to receive payment from our clients.
