Responsibilities
- Carry out precision cleaning of parts using approved methods such as aqueous cleaning, solvent cleaning, and ultrasonic cleaning.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including ultrasonic tanks, deionized water systems, and drying systems.
- Adhere to detailed work instructions, process specifications, and customer requirements.
- Perform inspections to verify cleanliness through visual inspection, particulate analysis, and non-volatile residue testing.
- Handle sensitive components in controlled environments, including cleanrooms when necessary.
- Document all work performed, including process parameters, inspection results, and deviations.
- Package cleaned parts according to cleanliness and contamination control standards.
- Apply 5S standards to laboratory work areas.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and consistency.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.
Compensation
$23-$28 per hour depending on experience
