Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for organic and inorganic testing groups, including analysis of pH, formaldehyde, phthalates, azo dyes, heavy metals, and AP/APEO compounds.
• Lead daily project development, method validation, preparation of work instructions, and interpretation of relevant testing standards for both inorganic and organic sections.
• Conduct research and develop chemical testing methods for food contact materials, including analysis of applicable regulations.
• Address complex technical challenges in organic and inorganic testing and improve existing analytical methods for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules for major equipment in the organic testing area and supervise staff in proper operation and upkeep of instruments.
