Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Operate your station with precision and confidence during service.
- Assist the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Uphold strict food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Support the development and motivation of junior kitchen staff.
- Offer creative input on menu design, daily specials, and kitchen improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional guest dining experiences.
