Accor Group is hiring a Chef De Cuisine

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily kitchen operations for a Japanese-inspired izakaya, in-room dining, and lounge service, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Mentor and develop culinary staff through coaching and leadership to promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver memorable guest experiences by maintaining high standards in food quality and personalized service.
  • Provide professional, welcoming, and proactive service while supporting team members across departments.
  • Collaborate with senior chefs to design creative menus, seasonal items, and specialty offerings using premium ingredients.
  • Enforce strict adherence to brand standards, recipes, preparation techniques, and plating guidelines.
  • Conduct daily kitchen briefings to communicate service expectations, menu updates, and operational priorities.
  • Maintain strong communication with restaurant leadership to address guest feedback and improve service efficiency.
  • Support banquet operations during high-volume events, including raw program oversight and production assistance.
  • Partner with in-room dining staff to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and compliance with quality assurance standards.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to design custom tasting menus and unique culinary experiences for clients.
  • Oversee food quality, inventory management, purchasing, and cost controls to meet financial targets.
  • Create efficient staff schedules and manage labor productivity while sustaining team engagement.
  • Ensure all kitchen spaces, storage areas, and equipment meet rigorous cleanliness, safety, and sanitation requirements.
  • Promote a safe work environment by enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management.
