About the Role
This role involves managing the end-to-end operations of a social chat product within a leading blockchain ecosystem, ensuring alignment between product strategy, user needs, and operational execution across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the chat platform, including feature deployment, content oversight, and monitoring user experience.
- Partner with Product Managers to convert strategic goals into actionable operational workflows.
- Establish, monitor, and interpret key performance indicators to generate insights for product enhancement.
- Detect product challenges and user difficulties using data, feedback, and community input; lead resolution efforts with relevant teams.
- Plan and implement initiatives to boost user growth and engagement, such as feature launches and incentive programs.
- Create and maintain operational resources like standard procedures, playbooks, and policy documents.
- Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure regulatory compliance and product stability.
- Oversee full lifecycle of new feature releases, including testing coordination, user messaging, and post-launch evaluation.
- Advocate for users by collecting and sharing qualitative and quantitative insights from surveys, interviews, and community interactions.
