Responsibilities
- Manage inbound charter inquiries and convert leads into closed bookings
- Present customized flight solutions based on client needs
- Guide clients through the full booking process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients
- Deliver a premium, concierge-level experience
- Drive repeat business and long-term client retention
- Provide seamless support from initial inquiry to post-flight follow-up
- Communicate across: Phone

- Respond quickly with professional, polished communication
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance
- Support reporting and pipeline visibility
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Participate in rotating schedules for extended coverage
- Support a fast-paced, 24/7 client service environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (high-ticket, luxury, or client-facing roles preferred)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to build trust and manage high-value client relationships
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience using: CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Experience using: Communication tools (Slack, WhatsApp, email, phone)
- Comfortable working EST hours with rotating availability
Nice to Have
- Experience in private aviation or charter sales
- Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms
- Knowledge of: Private jet categories and specifications
- Knowledge of: Flight range and cabin configurations
- Understanding of Part 135 operations
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency transactions
