The Channel Manager will drive new business opportunities through trusted advisors and partnerships, focusing on AireSpring's comprehensive portfolio of telecom and managed services. This remote, full-time role emphasizes partner recruitment, sales strategy, and performance optimization within a regional scope.
What You'll Do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new TSDs and Trusted Advisors
- Build lasting, profitable relationships aligned with regional growth objectives
- Develop targeted regional channel strategies
- Conduct product and sales training sessions
- Support joint sales initiatives
- Provide ongoing partner support
- Foster trust and strong relationships with partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and optimize partner performance
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to facilitate seamless channels
- Support product launches
- Align on strategic initiatives
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity
- Identify new growth avenues and areas for improvement
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements
- Ensure compliance and the mutual realization of business benefits
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years in telecom channel management with a focus on the TSD Channel, partner development, or business development
- Deep understanding of Managed Voice, data, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud services, and connectivity services
- Proven ability to build and maintain high-trust relationships with TSDs and Trusted Advisors
- Demonstrated success in executing sales strategies, surpassing revenue targets, and fostering partner growth
- Comfortable with CRM systems, channel management platforms, quoting tools, and analytics software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present effectively at executive levels through the AireSpring story and Airecontrol platform
