Responsibilities
- HDR Processing & Blending: Merge 3–7 bracketed exposures per image into natural-looking HDR photos using tools like Lightroom, Photoshop, Enfuse, or Photomatix.
- Color Correction & Enhancement: Adjust lighting, exposure, color balance, and contrast to achieve professional real estate marketing standards.
- Perspective & Alignment Fixes: Correct vertical and horizontal distortions to maintain architectural accuracy.
- Retouching & Cleanup: Perform minor object removals, reflection cleanups, and sky replacements when needed.
- Batch Workflow Management: Process and organize large volumes of images (400–600 per day) while maintaining speed and consistent quality.
- Quality Assurance: Review outputs for color consistency, exposure balance, and branding alignment.
- File Delivery: Export and upload edited sets to designated folders or client systems, maintaining proper file naming and structure.
Requirements
- Experienced and detail-oriented Photo Editor
- Ability to efficiently process 400–600 high-quality HDR real estate and architectural photos daily
- Strong eye for color accuracy, composition, and consistency
- Deep technical knowledge of HDR workflows
- Familiarity with real estate photography standards
