Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of the organization's financial operations and overall fiscal performance
- Act as a strategic advisor within the executive leadership group, shaping key business decisions through financial insight
- Manage both immediate and extended financial planning cycles and oversee performance tracking
- Create and manage financial metrics and key performance indicators to uncover operational insights and growth opportunities
- Deliver precise and time-sensitive financial analyses, including budget reviews and trend assessments, to support executive leadership
- Lead initiatives to enhance business processes and scalability as the organization expands
- Design and refine workflows for client onboarding, account oversight, and pricing strategies to improve profit margins
- Assist in capital deployment decisions and support the assessment and integration of mergers and acquisitions
- Cultivate internal relationships across departments, serving as a reliable financial advisor to influence business outcomes
- Collaborate with centralized finance units on essential processes and ensure effective delivery of shared financial services
- Maintain uniformity in financial procedures, governance standards, and internal controls across business units
- Recruit, mentor, and manage high-achieving finance teams
