Responsibilities
- Administering daily medication to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
- Monitoring residents, reporting changes, and collecting and recording medication administration.
Requirements
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of practice
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice to Have
- Prior experience as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
