proficient in interview and analysis
follow a set methodology
work as an independent team member for the CISO
Consultant is to work as a member of the Chief Information Security Officer's staff

Nice to Have

have had experience with BC, DR or COOP projects with multiple state agencies as a BC or DR resource
preferred experience of 2 or more agencies, preferably with OMES-IS
preferred knowledge in Stone Henge Partners BCP/DR Methodology
