Responsibilities
- Collaborate in establishing and guiding the new startup
- Identify and confirm market potential in the B2B automation and AI agents sector
- Develop the company's long-term vision and strategic direction
- Conduct problem identification and validation with prospective clients
- Formulate the product concept and outline the minimum viable product
- Oversee product development alongside engineering and AI teams
- Design the market entry strategy and initial sales methodology
- Promote revenue growth via sales tactics, partnerships, and market development
- Assemble and manage a high-performing founding team
- Track advancements in AI, automation, and enterprise software technologies and markets
- Handle company operations and financial management
- Act as the startup's representative in investor and partner discussions
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of demonstrated leadership in startup settings
- At least 3 years of involvement in IT implementations or technology initiatives within large enterprises
- Background in initiating projects, products, or startups from the ground up
- Thorough awareness of contemporary technology and AI developments
- Entrepreneurial approach and strong sense of accountability
- Established skill in recognizing market prospects and converting them into viable product or business concepts
- Robust networking and business development abilities
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Capacity to function efficiently in rapid, early-stage contexts
- Familiarity with project management and process design
- C1 or higher proficiency in spoken and written English
- C1 or higher proficiency in spoken and written Polish
Nice to Have
- Background in AI or deployment of AI-driven solutions
- Experience in enterprise software, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- History of working with technical teams on data or AI product development
- Previous engagement in startup expansion or venture creation settings
