Responsibilities
- Set up and relocate bars according to event specifications and timelines, including adjustments during events.
- Manage incoming inventory and ensure proper storage while keeping the bar area clean, safe, and organized.
- Report any unsafe conditions or injuries immediately to the manager on duty.
- Deliver all necessary beverage supplies to bars, including beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice, and garnishes.
- Prepare, stock, and restock assigned bars, including replacing kegs as needed.
- Complete accurate transfer documentation with bartenders each time items are restocked.
- Clean, sanitize, and organize workspaces and manage garbage disposal.
- Interact professionally and respectfully with guests, coworkers, and management.
- Monitor guest behavior to enforce policies prohibiting outside beverages.
- Take advantage of training opportunities to learn about beer, wine, and liquor products.
- Support the assigned bartender with beverage service when directed by management.
- Verify guest age by checking identification in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Serve alcohol responsibly by following company guidelines, including limiting service when necessary.
