Waveguide LLC, part of Compass Group, is hiring a Seasonal Catering Attendant to deliver and serve food at scheduled functions. You will work under supervision to ensure accurate event execution, handling setup, service, and cleanup.
What You'll Do
- Assemble and deliver all food and supplies to scheduled function locations.
- Log and maintain food temperatures throughout service.
- Arrange tables, decorations, and buffet tables according to standards.
- Serve food and beverages to guests.
- Thoroughly clean the event location after completion.
- Return food, beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility.
- Distribute and collect customer comment cards.
- Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment.
- Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete menu and products.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures consistently.
What We're Looking For
- Fine dining and corporate dining experience is required.
