Responsibilities
- Enforces compliance with all safety protocols and current Department of Transportation regulations.
- Oversees the performance of Live Haul Truck Drivers and Catch Crew teams during assigned shifts, including monitoring attendance, disciplinary actions, safety practices, and required DOT documentation.
- Maintains strict adherence to animal welfare standards and initiatives.
- Distributes and clarifies work schedules to truck drivers.
- Provides regular updates to management regarding daily operations and progress.
