About the Role

HireHawk is seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Case Manager to manage client cases from intake through resolution. This long-term, full-time contractor role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ensuring timely follow-ups, compliance, and empathetic client interactions in both English and Spanish.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and messaging
  • Collect, review, and maintain accurate case documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to move cases forward efficiently
  • Monitor case progress and proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
