Responsibilities
- Complete tasks efficiently and accurately as directed by case managers.
- Communicate and meet with case managers and local managers to discuss case issues.
- Support case managers, clients, and panelists throughout the entire lifecycle of a case.
- Provide administrative support for case managers and panelists.
- Develop overall case manager skills to enhance the client experience.
- Serve as a case manager apprentice on mediations, competent to cover a case manager's desk in their absence when appropriate.
- In certain circumstances, be assigned to support a neutral under the direction of a senior-level case manager or manager.
- Collaborate with panelists to develop and administer their ADR practice, including coordinating and scheduling conference calls, pre-hearing preparation calls, moderating, customer service, interacting with clients, and hearings.
- Review closed cases to determine client satisfaction and future business opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned within a similar scope.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of working in a legal and client service role.
- Computer literate and proficient in all software programs required for the position.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 2-4 years of working in a legal administrative or assistant role.
- Proficiency in all ADR processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of panelists' practice preferences in the local Resolution Center.
