Requirements
- Perform minor maintenance and modifications on fire doors
- Install smoke seals and new closing mechanisms on fire-rated doors
- Repair drywall and fill openings in wall surfaces
- Apply fire-rated sealant around penetrations
- Carry out additional tasks as directed
