Must be local or willing to relocate at candidates own expense. There is a possibility that the position could be temp to perm for the right candidate. Essential Job Functions: • Complete minor repairs and adjustments for fire doors • Installation of smoke seals and new closures on fire doors • Patching holes and repairing sheet rock • Fire caulking penetrations • Other duties as assigned
