Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized support to clients in their residences
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Offer supervision, companionship, and emotional encouragement
- Help with everyday routines and activities
- Adhere to the client's care plan
- Provide mobility assistance as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
- Notify the care team of any changes or concerns
- Travel to clients' homes
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Own a reliable vehicle
- Have current auto insurance
- Be comfortable driving to clients' homes and transporting clients when necessary
- Pass a background check
- Complete fingerprinting
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Complete a TB screening
- Hold CPR certification or be willing to obtain training
- Complete required onboarding and training
