Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized support to children and adolescents in their home environment
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
- Offer supervision and companionship
- Support daily routines and activities
- Adhere to the client's care plan
- Provide mobility assistance as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
- Report any changes or concerns to our care team
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Own reliable vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Comfortable driving to clients' homes and transporting clients when required
- Must successfully complete background check
- Must successfully complete fingerprinting
- Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screening
- Must successfully complete TB screening
- Must successfully complete CPR certification/training
- Must successfully complete required onboarding and training
Nice to Have
- Previous caregiving, childcare, or youth experience is preferred

- Paid Training & CPR: No CPR certification? That's okay! We provide paid training, including CPR training if you need it.
- Albuquerque caregivers will attend one required paid in-person training session as part of onboarding. Additional required training may be completed online.
