About the Role

Rimini Street is seeking a Sr. Account Executive based in Dubai, UAE, to sell its enterprise software support and Agentic AI ERP solutions across the Middle East region. This remote role reports to the VP of Sales - EMEA and requires a proven sales track record, deep regional expertise, and the ability to drive new business and expand existing client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Create awareness and demand for Rimini Street products and services by developing your territory with the support of field marketing and your own planned outreach
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, networking, and working with lead generation team
  • Establish a dialogue with prospects and understand their unique goals, problems, and needs
  • Provide and guide prospects’ strategic vision to drive them toward the Rimini Street solutions portfolio
  • Use company provided assets to create or customize compelling sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and other sales collateral for specific sales opportunities
  • Orchestrate and drive the Rimini Street sales process by working collaboratively with functional peers (Sales Engineers, Delivery, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance) to successfully win an opportunity
  • Implement and utilize current Social and Digital selling strategies to maximize opportunities via Social Networking platforms
  • Be an expert in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to develop your own unique outreach in your territory
  • Update and track all activities in our Salesforce CRM tool
  • Leverage SFDC, Clari or similar sales efficiency tools to help manage your opportunities
  • Accurately forecast and meet quarterly and annual sales commitments
  • Be a continuous learner that embraces enablement and staying up to date on the latest technology, products, offerings, and selling tools/skills

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years’ enterprise selling experience
  • Selling new and innovative enterprise services and solutions into the Middle East region
  • Experience selling in UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia
  • Proven track record of sales excellence and ability to meet/exceed quotas
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for winning
  • Ability to be very hands-on and do whatever it takes to build revenue
  • Strategic thinker with ability to create long-term sales plans and execute them
  • Ability to build pipeline to capture new logos, cross sell to existing customers, and expand business with solution portfolio
  • Strong territory and account planning skills including ability and passion for prospecting
  • Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives, procurement, legal, and line of business representatives
  • Ability to engage prospects with a consultative sales approach
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven experience with Social and Digital selling techniques
  • Deep knowledge of key prospecting and selling tools
  • Ability to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities
  • Very strong work ethic with 'can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out' attitude
  • Ability to leverage supporting team of Sales Engineers, Lead Generation, and Marketing, Business Development, and Inside Sales
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Able to travel across the region with relevant visas
