Color is looking for a Care Operations Technical Specialist to join our Clinical Operations team. You will be a key technical resource supporting the systems and workflows that enable care delivery.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for care operations platforms and tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues impacting clinical workflows
- Document processes and create knowledge resources for the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability
- Monitor system performance and contribute to ongoing technical improvements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical support or operations role within a clinical or healthcare setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting
