Color is looking for a Care Operations Technical Specialist to join our Clinical Operations team. You will be a key technical resource supporting the systems and workflows that enable care delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support for care operations platforms and tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues impacting clinical workflows
  • Document processes and create knowledge resources for the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability
  • Monitor system performance and contribute to ongoing technical improvements

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a technical support or operations role within a clinical or healthcare setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working independently in a remote setting
