Europcar, part of CLA Trading Pty Limited, is hiring a Car Rental Returns Agent at Manchester Airport. In this role, you will work as a vital part of the vehicle returns team, delivering a high standard of service to customers throughout the rental process in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with all staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.
- Maintain excellent standards in customer service and vehicle damage assessment, achieving all related KPIs.
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately following standard operating procedures.
- Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A full, valid clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
- Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends.
Nice to Have
- Car rental or sales experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
