Responsibilities
- Deliver cookie orders safely, accurately, and with a friendly attitude.
- Ensure each order arrives warm, complete, and ready to delight customers.
- Use GPS and delivery technology to navigate efficiently while adhering to safe driving practices.
- Welcome guests in the bakery and offer friendly service between deliveries.
- Help prepare, package, and organize delivery and pickup orders.
- Assist with baking and packaging cookies and other treats when needed.
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe bakery environment.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately.
- Contribute to a guest experience that encourages repeat visits.

- Physical Requirements: Drive safely for extended periods throughout a shift; frequently enter and exit a vehicle; stand and walk for extended periods while working inside the bakery; lift, carry, and transport orders weighing up to 30 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance; reach, bend, twist, kneel, and carry bakery products; work in varying weather conditions while making deliveries; work around ovens, refrigeration equipment, and moderate bakery noise levels; communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and leadership.
- Work Environment: Split time between the bakery and the road. Inside the bakery: fast-paced environment with ovens, refrigeration equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. Outside: driving in varying weather and traffic conditions while following all safety policies and traffic laws.
- Schedule Expectations: Busiest times are evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Delivery Drivers should have availability during these peak business hours. Scheduling needs vary by location.
