Responsibilities
- Deliver remote or on-site assistance to production locations as required.
- Define project objectives, create capital budgets, and align initiatives with organizational strategy.
- Oversee workforce planning, capacity needs, and supervision of technical staff, including contractors or engineering teams.
- Lead design verification and process validation efforts for product and process development.
- Implement and maintain standardized best practices in manufacturing operations company-wide.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for products, processes, and projects to support development and production teams; contribute to technology transfer and cross-functional product development.
- Enforce compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Guarantee team members receive proper training and documentation in line with company standards.
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by management.
