About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of capital models used for internal and regulatory purposes

- Support regulatory examinations by providing detailed risk and capital analyses
- Monitor evolving regulatory expectations related to capital adequacy and risk management
- Drive automation of risk and capital reporting processes
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across risk, finance, and operational systems
- Produce regular risk dashboards for senior leadership and board-level committees
- Advise on stress testing methodologies and scenario design
- Maintain documentation for models and analytical processes
- Identify opportunities to improve modeling accuracy and efficiency
- Stay current with industry trends in financial risk and capital modeling
- Coordinate with external auditors and consultants on risk-related initiatives
